Guided Forest Bathing Walk
We, humans, have an inherent longing to connect with something greater than ourselves, and nature offers perhaps the most effortless and enjoyable path to that communion. Honoring the sacredness of nature is a powerful way to deepen our innate bond with the Earth and all life –and to remember our own true nature. If you are looking for the perfect opportunity to slow down, relax, and reconnect with nature, then forest bathing is a transformational, renewing gift. Forest bathing: also called “Shinrin-yoku” in Japan: Forest therapy. The practice goes by many names, but what they all have in common is the idea that our health and wellness are enhanced when we spend time in Nature, especially when we take the time to move mindfully, opening our senses and being present in the nature that surrounds us. Like exercise or meditation, forest therapy is best viewed as a regular practice, rather than a one-time event. Studies suggest that a regular practice of forest bathing may be associated with a reduction in blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones. It does not necessarily have to take place literally in a forest, as long as it’s Nature. Bathing is soaking in the vibrations and symbiosis of all the plants and animals synchronizing together in harmony.

Visiting from Montana and did the Vortex yoga event. Yolanda did a great job of navigating a busy yrailhead. She found the perfect spot for us and allowed plenty of time at the end to take pictures.
This was a wonderful way to start a Sunday: yoga on a mountain with an amazing view. I am so glad I did this with my daughter. Well worth it!
This was my first time doing yoga and I LOVED it! The rise and shine yoga class at the airport vortex is a must. Absolutely breath taking and grounding experience

We attended the sunrise yoga with Chuck. This is an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the mindfulness of yoga with the vortex energy from Sedona. Excellent class and experience.
My bonus mom and I enjoyed a Rise and Shine Yoga session with Yolanda. It was AMAZING! Yolanda was the best. There aren’t words to describe the experience we shared.
I booked a vortex yoga with Chuck. It was my birthday day that day. No one else had booked a session so it worked out perfectly. I had such a great session. Chuck is amazing at what he does. It truly was a treat. He is very knowledgeable and nice. I couldn’t have asked for a better yoga session. If you ever book a session ask for Chucks schedule. You won’t be disappointed. And that view was breathtaking. #Namaste.
