Yolanda is a Yoga Instructor, Artist, Poet, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Shaman and Intuitive Wellness Living Coach in Sedona who is passionate about weaving yoga with nature, music, elemental balancing and energy healing to empower people to develop a sustainable yoga practice that can bring immense calm, balance and clarity into living a joyous life of higher states of freedom and love. After living in Los Angeles for 13 years as a high level fashion designer, she discovered that Yoga kept her life balanced and calm in the midst of the chaos of the city. She also realized that practicing yoga in nature has powerful healing benefits and so has developed her meditations and visualizations inspired from her daily sacred time out in nature. Nature can be a powerful bridge back to our own infinite, divine nature and an infinite well of peace within. All of the enlightened poets wrote of their inspiration in Nature and all of the insights they received. Since 2017, the focus of her teaching has been to provide a high vibrational yoga experience with many styles of Yoga, Healing and Breath Techniques, with Sound Healing for a TOTAL mind/body/spirit balance mainly focusing on: breath, yin yoga, yoga nidra, vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, meditation, sound healing, mantra, ceremony, self empowerment, sankalpa (intention) and self inquiry. She utilizes the unique practices of the Japanese, Native Americans, Mayan Medicine People, Sufi, Vedic, Himalayan Masters mixed with revelations from her own break through experiences to guide students towards awakening to their deepest Truth and highest vibrational alignment to live a heart centered JOYOUS life. Connecting to the Elements and the Earth are the keys to finding balance from the inside out. She is passionate about helping people develop a fun and sustainable at home, outside or in the studio consistent yoga practice.

Chuck is a former competitive gymnast and martial artist. He brings a peaceful focus of breath and body awareness to his classes blended with his love of simply moving the human body with intention. He discovered and fell in love with Yoga in 2003, which led him into an intense study of Hindu and Buddhist philosophies. After years of focused asana practice and meditation, he earned his teacher certification and immediately began teaching. One of his favorite practices is volunteering to teach weekly Yoga classes to the homeless residents of Sedona at a local shelter. Chuck is an avid hiker, loves practicing Yoga on Sedona’s red rocks, and bases his daily life on personal expansion and unconditional love for all people and things in the universe. As a survivor of over a decade of childhood sexual abuse, Chuck used Yoga as one of the main tools to heal himself. He now speaks about overcoming trauma, he has written a book about recovery through discovering your inner strength and he teaches Yoga-based workshops on overcoming the effects of sexual violation. Chuck brings his self-empowerment focus into every asana practice and believes that being able to share Yoga’s teachings is both a gift and an honor. His classes are open to all levels of experience.
