Inspired by Sasha’s debut Rainbow Bridge album, this immersive chakra-balancing journey weaves sound healing, Reiki, movement, meditation, voice, and energy work to bring awareness and harmony to your energetic centers.

Beginning at the root and rising to the crown, you’ll be invited to ground into safety, awaken creativity, reclaim your power, open your heart, liberate your voice, deepen your intuition, and connect with something greater than yourself.

Crystal singing bowls, angelic vocals, shamanic instruments, and light language accompany the journey, creating a bridge between body and spirit, Earth and sky.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling more balanced, open, connected, and alive.

Book 15 Hours in Advance All Aumbase private hikes must be booked and purchased at least 15 hours prior to the journey. You can book online or call to reserve your spot — we depart immediately to hike to our destination for morning practice.
Bring Water Please bring your own water for the hike.
Getting to the Trailhead Your teacher/guide will hop into your car to travel from Aumbase Sedona to the trailhead together.
Wear Sturdy Shoes Sturdy walking shoes are recommended for all on-the-land experiences.
Yoga Mats Provided Your teacher will have yoga mats with her — no need to bring your own! Mats are complimentary for yoga hike participants. A small rental fee applies for Rise & Shine Vortex Yoga classes. Land mats are also available to rent for $5.

Yolanda’s Yin Yoga and Sound Healing class is amazing! It is 90 minutes of blissful relaxation —   long, restful poses with stretching, sound vibrations, and great positive energy. I had never tried yin yoga before I took this class and it is now my favorite! I highly recommend it!
