Couples Day Retreat

Looking to deepen your connection and renew your relationship in a beautiful natural setting? Join us for the Couples Day Retreat on June 7 in Cornville, AZ—just 25 minutes from Sedona. This day is designed to help couples reconnect through communication tools, heart-centered practices, and a relaxing float down Oak Creek.

TYPICAL DAILY ITINERARY

9:00am Welcome and Intentions

10:30am Relationship Tools – We’ll engage in exercises and dialog to inspire, heal, and elevate the communication and intimacy of your relationship.

12:00pm Lunch – Healthy, light, vegetarian.

1:30pm Heart Consciousness Breathwork/Sound Healing – Breathwork is a profound experience of deep, fast breathing paired with evocative music and musical instruments. Altered states of consciousness and deep emotional and physical healing is possible. During Breathwork sessions, we create a safe, sacred, loving space. Drum, didgeridoo, vocalized toning and other instruments assist in creating atmosphere and moving energy. Essential oils and plants help to clear and enhance. Waves of energy are formed through specific types of music and deep, fast, rhythmic breathing. Participants can experience: bliss, ecstasy, physical healing, feelings of Oneness, non-physical communication, the pure energy of their being and other yummy stuff.

Followed by a deep sound-healing journey – A profound experience of sound and vibration with musical instruments. Altered states of consciousness and deep emotional and physical healing is possible. Daniel creates a safe, sacred, loving space. Drum, didgeridoo, vocalized toning, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, chimes, and other instruments assist in creating atmosphere and moving energy. Essential oils and plants help to clear and enhance. Participants can experience: bliss, ecstasy, physical healing, feelings of Oneness, non-physical communication, the pure energy of their being and other yummy stuff.
