Reiki is a Japanese healing modality used to effectively address physical, emotional, and cognitive ailments where universal chi or energy is intuitively channeled to realign and heal imbalances through stimulating the body’s own healing mechanism. A deep state of relaxation, lightness, clarity of mind, and subtle as well as physical shifts are common. Available in a one-on-one setting or as a group. Pair with the slow flow or restorative style yoga or just relax, meditate and receive. The energy of Sedona and the red rocks serve to amplify our work in this field

Erin Wilson
Land Guide and Yoga Instructor
As a lifelong dancer and gymnast with career-ending injuries, I first arrived on my mat in 2006 and immediately recognized it as a coming home. In 2016, the call to share became so loud that I traveled to Ubud, Bali, Indonesia for my first teacher training and it is with full reverence and heart that I share this practice. I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified yoga teacher specializing in Sivananda and Forrest lineages. Classes utilize a combination of breath and intuitive movement backed by traditional yogic theory and sequencing to effectively release and integrate experiences somatically. My primary calling is to guide embodiment and presence. I am also a certified Reiki Master Teacher and energetic hands-on assists and variations are widely offered. First and foremost a student, I look forward to meeting you on your mat.
