Aumbase is a beautiful yoga studio with a very peaceful vibe. There are two stunning murals handpainted on the walls and everything in the space is exquisite. Lots of windows with natural light streaming through, good temperature control, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, large open studio space and lots of yoga props. Highly recommended!

Aumbase is a lovely yoga studio, the space is beautiful with peaceful energy. I have taken several yoga classes there, all very professional and in alignment with yogic principles. Aumbase just hosted The Band of Now for kirtan and it could not have been a better place for the sacredness of the evening.
Sunday afternoon restorative at 3:30PM is a lovely experience. In addition to being an excellent practice, Dana shares teachings primarily from B.K.S. Lyengar that deeply enrich the restorative experience.
