I am so happy that I discovered Nina Joy Rizzo’s Buti Yoga class! I had no clue what Buti yoga was at first, but soon I realised that this class is all about getting into the core muscle groups in a spiritually restorative, yet primal fashion! Your mind and body are entranced by a variety of songs in many genres with a good beat! Your spirit is nourished by Nina’s awesomely enthusiastic teaching style, which is very easy to follow! And then when the disco lights are involved, it is easy to forget you are getting the best work out ever! If you are ready to have some fun on all levels body, mind, spirit, this class is worth looking into. The Aumbase studio has such a great vibe! Thank you Nina for bringing a very unique yoga style to Sedona! Thank you Aumbase for letting this happen!
