FOR GROUPS UP TO SEVEN
Frequently a dimensional progression rather than a past life regression – this methodology developed by Dolores Cannon uses the theta brainwave state to access a deep state of awareness where one’s own High Self directs the experience. Clients are guided through a past life experience and then connected with higher aspects of themselves. Spontaneous healing as well as a deep level of guidance is common.

Land Guide and Yoga Instructor
As a lifelong dancer and gymnast with career-ending injuries, I first arrived on my mat in 2006 and immediately recognized it as a coming home. In 2016, the call to share became so loud that I traveled to Ubud, Bali, Indonesia for my first teacher training and it is with full reverence and heart that I share this practice. I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified yoga teacher specializing in Sivananda and Forrest lineages. Classes utilize a combination of breath and intuitive movement backed by traditional yogic theory and sequencing to effectively release and integrate experiences somatically. My primary calling is to guide embodiment and presence. I am also a certified Reiki Master Teacher and energetic hands-on assists and variations are widely offered. First and foremost a student, I look forward to meeting you on your mat.
Visiting from Montana and did the Vortex yoga event. Yolanda did a great job of navigating a busy yrailhead. She found the perfect spot for us and allowed plenty of time at the end to take pictures.
This was a wonderful way to start a Sunday: yoga on a mountain with an amazing view. I am so glad I did this with my daughter. Well worth it!
This was my first time doing yoga and I LOVED it! The rise and shine yoga class at the airport vortex is a must. Absolutely breath taking and grounding experience
I experienced a yoga hike with Yolanda near Cathedral Rock. It was honestly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had! It was the perfect day, perfect energy, with the perfect person. Yolanda was wonderful! Thank you again for making my trip to Sedona so magical!
Highly recommend vortex yoga with Yolanda! Spectacular views and great energy. Thanks again!
Outdoor yoga is the best for feeling connected to the earth and Yolanda was a wonderful instructor. I love when the practice is yours. If ever back in Sedona will take it again.
Just amazing. Chuck is an incredible teacher. My friend and I were so glad we signed up for yoga on the vortex. Thank you!!!
I have been coming to Sedona for years and have always wanted to do yoga on a mountain. Am so glad I finally made it happen, it was everything I had hoped for and more! Beautiful peaceful scenery and our instructor, Chuck was a calming and wonderful teacher. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Sedona, a MUST DO!!!
We attended the sunrise yoga with Chuck. This is an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the mindfulness of yoga with the vortex energy from Sedona. Excellent class and experience.
My bonus mom and I enjoyed a Rise and Shine Yoga session with Yolanda. It was AMAZING! Yolanda was the best. There aren’t words to describe the experience we shared.
I booked a vortex yoga with Chuck. It was my birthday day that day. No one else had booked a session so it worked out perfectly. I had such a great session. Chuck is amazing at what he does. It truly was a treat. He is very knowledgeable and nice. I couldn’t have asked for a better yoga session. If you ever book a session ask for Chucks schedule. You won’t be disappointed. And that view was breathtaking. #Namaste.
We absolutely enjoyed our experience at Aumbase and will most certainly visit again next time we’re in Sedona
