Embark on a transformative journey into the ancient art and modern science of sound healing. This immersive training goes beyond basic techniques to reveal how sound frequencies create profound healing at physical, emotional, and energetic levels. You’ll learn to facilitate healing through sound while honoring each person’s unique journey – whether in private sessions or group sound baths.

Through hands-on experience with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gongs, flutes, didgeridoo, chimes and more, you’ll discover how different frequencies affect the body’s systems and energy centers. You’ll develop both the technical skills and intuitive awareness needed to guide others in their healing journey.

Day One: Foundations & Fundamentals

  • Explore the science of sound and its effects on the energy body nervous system, brain waves & more
  • Understand energy systems through both Eastern and Western perspectives
  • Begin your relationship with healing instruments
  • Experience a deeply restorative sound bath as a recipient

Day Two: The Art of Sound Bath Creation

  • Deepen your connection with each instrument
  • Learn to layer frequencies for maximum therapeutic benefit
  • Develop your unique approach to group sound healing
  • Create and present your first sound bath

Day Three: Individual Healing Sessions

  •  Master the art of pre-session assessment
  • Learn to select instruments based on specific client needs
  • Practice integrating multiple healing modalities
  • Develop confidence through paired practice sessions

About Your Instructor, Valerie

Valerie Sanjali Irons is a masterful sound alchemist, intuitive artist, and breathwork practitioner who has been transforming lives in Sedona since 2014. Her approach to healing integrates ancient wisdom with modern understanding, creating a unique bridge between science and spirit. Through her signature “Soundwave Journeys” using her innovative Soundwave Bed™, Valerie guides clients to access their own innate healing abilities, helping them navigate physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions.

In 2017, Valerie’s practice expanded to include specialized womb healing work, where she assists women in releasing ancestral patterns, processing trauma, and rekindling their creative power. Her acquisition of Aumbase Sedona in 2019 allowed her to create a sanctuary where sound healing, breathwork, yoga, and connection to the land weave together in perfect harmony.

Valerie’s own healing journey through relationship wounds, abandonment, and worthiness challenges culminated in divine union with her beloved in late 2019. This personal transformation infuses her work with couples, offering authentic guidance for those seeking conscious partnerships. Following her 2022 breast cancer diagnosis, she expanded her practice to include holistic support for cancer patients, bringing profound empathy and practical wisdom to those navigating their own healing journeys.

As a multi-disciplinary artist who continues to paint and sculpt, Valerie understands the deep connection between creativity and healing. She views sound as a divine artistic medium, using frequencies to paint healing experiences unique to each individual or group she serves. Her work is a living testament to the transformative power of sound, breath, and creative expression.

Inspired by divine love and driven by genuine compassion, Valerie continues to evolve and expand her healing offerings while remaining deeply grateful for the opportunity to facilitate others’ healing journeys.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each class offers an energizing practice that leaves you centered and revitalized.

Born and raised in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Liliana Salas had her first 90-day mindfulness meditation immersion in 2015 led by Mickela Rae. In 2019, Liliana started a committed asana practice at Sukha Yoga in Austin TX, and came to understand yoga as a lifestyle. In 2021, she became a certified yoga instructor through the School Yoga Institute in shamanic healing yoga program in the Sacred Valley, Peru. Liliana considers herself passionate about beautification and the healing arts. In sessions, Liliana holds space for a collective meditation; encouraging an intuitive warm up, continuing with a traditional inspired vinyasa flow, incorporating meditation, pranayama and asana into a holistic practice that cultivates unity and wellness in the community. As a profession, Liliana is a licensed esthetician that understands the importance of the environment in order to reach a relaxation state. With a background of classical violin; Liliana also offers sessions of sound healing baths and electronic music sets, as a believer of music as a creator of a joyful space.
